Dr. D.Visagamoorthi graduated in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University, and then did a Diploma in Office Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He also has an MBA Degree from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has completed his Doctoral Research in the field of Management from Bharathiar University Coimbatore. His dissertation was entitled“. A Comparative Study of Stress between Public Sector and Private Sector Bank Employees of Coimbatore City”. He also completed M.Sc(Applied Psychology) from Bharathiar University. He is an NLP certified trainer and completed a course on Advanced Diploma in Hypnosis.

He has 20 years of experience in Teaching and Training, 3 years of Industrial experience and 6 years of Research experience. He has conducted many FDP, MDP and IDP programmes. His publication includes a Book of Tamil Poetry entitled “Venpani Mottukkal”. He has presented several research articles in international and national conferences.
